The Gluttonous Wine Clubs

Members of RSV's Glutton & Gourmand or Seasonal Glutton wine clubs will receive automatic deliveries of 2-3 bottles of wine; a booklet filled with images, thoughts, ramblings and tasting notes by Rob Sinskey; an original recipe by Maria Helm Sinskey; and a complimentary culinary surprise to scintillate the palate or assist in the preparations of Maria's recipe.

You may become a wine club member if you live in (or can ship to) one of the following states:  AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

In order to protect your wine, RSV implements an automatic weather hold during the summer. This applies to Ground shipments for ALL states and 2-day shipments for: AZ, GA, FL, NC, NM, NV, OK, SC, TX. Shipments are typically released during October. More details can be found in the emails announcing upcoming Glutton selections or online at Summer Shipping.

There is no cost to join, and you may cancel at any time. Will Call / winery pick up is available by request.

Glutton & Gourmand


RSV's Exclusive Wine Club with packages delivered 12 times per year. Some selections will include highly allocated, small production releases, winery exclusives and other special bottlings.


  • Complimentary Flight of Five tastings for up to 4 people during visits to RSV.
  • Discounts on Eat Drink RSV, Terroir Tasting and Chef's Table (up to 4 people) by appointment.
  • Priority notification and reservations for all RSV events including Harvest Dinner and Winter Reds Dinner.
  • Invitations to Gluttons only events, including Meet Your Maker.
  • G&G members-only special offers.
  • First access to Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, Commander Zinskey Zinfandel, Muscat Blanc and Capa Vineyard Pinot Noir.  These wines often sell out to G&G before they can be released to Seasonal Gluttons or the general public.
  • Glutton & Gourmand members may "Opt Out" of up to 3 shipments per year and still maintain full membership status. Opt Out requires seven days notice prior to ship date.

Tasting Notes

A “Right Bank” of Napa wine from RSV’s certified organic Carneros vineyards. This aromatic, supple, yet vibrant proprietary cuvée of the classic Bordeaux varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon is full of red berry notes backed by dried violet, fennel or bayleaf like herbs with a subtle spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon or clove. It is an elegantly rich wine with just a suggestion dark chocolate and fully ripened yet moderately firm tannin for staying power on both your palate and the cellar. This wine over delivers in the pleasure department.

This package will include three 750ml bottles of 2011 POV, a culinary surprise and a booklet including Maria's original monthly recipe.
